Saving Port is located in Concord North Carolina in the beautiful Piedmont area of North Carolina. We have many years of gardening in areas from the North to the South and farming everything from raising livestock to growing crops like corn, soybeans, wheat, etc and fruit crops like cherries, peaches, blackberries, raspberries, etc. Stephen French is also a Master Gardner Volunteer in North Carolina. As you can see, we have the experience to help you solve many of your equipment and supply problems.

If you are looking for an item and do not find it on Saving Port simply contact us at support@savingport.com and we will do our best to find it for you at prices you will love. Shop with confidence on our secure site and come back often as our product line is continually being updated and expanded. Saving Port strives to ship your merchandise as quickly as possible and in most cases this is accompished in 1-2 days. In certain cases your mechandise will ship directly from the manufacturer. These include products from Alex and Agri-Fab and typically take approximately 5-7 days to ship. The internal order processing structure for these manufactures typically does not allow for faster shipping.

Cancellation Policy

SavingPort is commitment to processing orders quickly. However, if for some reason you decide to cancel your order once you have completed the checkout process you will have 1 (one) day, 24 hours to contact SavingPort by email at support@savingport.com. Once SavingPort has received your request the credit card used for checkout will be credited for the full amount of your order, shipping, and any handling charges. If you used PayPal to purchase your item you may use the purchase amount as a store credit toward the purchase any other item or if you wish, we will send you a refund check.

Refund Policy

If you wish to return an item to SavingPort once you have received it you have up to 20 days after the ship date of the product to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from ship date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. Any returned Items received by SavingPort after this 30 day period will be shipped back to you freight collect.

When we receive your item(s)(within the above 30 day period), we will refund your order amount less a 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For any return to qualify for a refund, ALL items must have an RMA number (issued by Saving Port), be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging and containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. Returns that are received at Saving Port in packaging other than the original will be assesed an additional 15%fee (total restock in this instance can be 30%) SAVE YOUR PACKING MATERIAL! Always return merchandise inside of a sturdy cardboard box, preferably the original overpack. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by you, the customer. Any item returned in a non-resellable condition will not be accepted and will be returned to you freight collect..

Purchases paid for with PayPal can not be refunded to your original method of payment through PayPal. Instead, once all of the above condition are met SavingPort will send a refund check to you minus the charges stated above..

To initiate a return simply email SavingPort at support@savingport.com and request the return. Also state the reason with as much detail as possible. We will respond to you by email with a "return material authorization" (RMA) number. The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the package, label area, containing your return. For your protection please use the tracking service available from your carrier..

After SavingPort receives and inspects the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item minus the 15% restocking fee and the original shipping and handling charges. .

All returned merchandise MUST be returned in their original condition, including the original packaging, manufacturer's containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. Do not mark or deface original manufacturer containers in any manner. Returns that are received at Saving Port in packaging other than the original or where the original has been defaced will be assesed an additional 15%fee (total restock in this instance can be 30%) SAVE YOUR PACKING MATERIAL! If you receive an item that is not acceptable due to manufacturing defect please contact the manufacturer at their customer service department listed in the documents supplied with the item. Manufacturing defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer and not Saving Port. .

Processing returns can be complicated. Please allow 10 to 14 days after we receive the items to process your credit. SavingPort.com strives to complete this transaction as quickly as possible. .

Out of Stock Items

Occasionally an item that you have ordered may be out of stock due to the demand for that item. This can happen when the orders received exceed inventory and our system has not removed that item from view in the listings. In the event that this should happen you have several options available to you. When an out of stock condition occurs we will notify you by email or by telephone as quickly as possible to present the following options to you: 1. We can use all of our resources to attempt to find the same product. This may take some time however, if a delay is acceptable to you this may be your best option. If you decide not to wait you may use either option two or three below. If we are unsuccessful in our attempt to locate your item we will notify you by email or telephone so that you may exercise either of the options below. 2. You may use the purchase price of the out of stock item as store credit and apply it toward any product in our store. 3. You may request a full refund. Your credit card will be credited the amount of your purchase plus and shipping and/or handling charges. If you payed by PayPal we will issue a check for this amount and send it to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping Policy

Saving Port strives to keep all shipping cost to a minimum. However there are factors that are unfortunately beyond the control of Saving Port and will, depending on the size and/or weight of any given package, cause these charges to fluctuate. Some of the causes for the change in cost would include fuel surcharges from our carriers, over weight packages, oversize packages and delivery destination. Rest assured that the cost of shipping shown on your receipt at checkout will be your cost. Any additional cost that would be incurred will be the responsibility of Saving Port.

Some larger items ship by common carrier and are identified as such in the description of these products. The prices shown do not include the cost of shipping these items. You can obtain a shipping quote by using one of two ways: 1. Place your order for this product and Saving Port will contact you with your freight charges prior to processing your order. After you approve all charges your order will be processed. 2. You can call Saving Port at 800-574-9936 or contact us by email
support@savingport.com and we will begin the process of obtaining a freight quote for you. After you approve all charges we will process your order.
You must have the means to remove your item from the back of the truck when it arrives as the driver does not have the means to remove it for you. Items can be picked up at the trucking terminal if you wish. This can save you time and if this is a residential delivery it will save you the home delivery surcharge of $30-$40

FREE SHIPPING

Please note that when "Free Shipping" appear on any product, this means that standard UPS or FedEx Ground charges will be paid by Saving Port anywhere within the 48 continental states of the USA. If you need a more rapid delievery we can accommodate most request. However, any frieght charges in excess of the standard UPS or FedEx ground will be your responsibility. Your account will only be charged the difference between standard UPS or FedEx Ground and the service upgrade you are requesting. Also, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada will incure additional cost over and above our free standard shipping and are your responsibility. Saving Port will contact you with these additional charges before processing your order. Saving Port ships to all 50 states. However, if you live in Alaska, Hawaii or outside the USA please call 800-574-9936 prior to ordering and we will calculate your shipping. Free shipping applies to the continental United States. Saving Port strives to ship your merchandise as quickly as possible and in most cases this is accompished in 1-2 days. In certain cases your mechandise will ship directly from the manufacturer. These include products from Alex Aquila CedarAgri-Fab can, on occasion, take 14 working days also for slow moving items. The internal order processing structure for these manufactures typically does not allow for faster shipping.

Shipping Damage

IMPORTANT As a precautionary measure, thoroughly inspect all packages delivered to you by any carrier. Occasionally items are damaged during shipment. If you notice any damage to the box or item, note the damage in detail on the receipt . Immediatly contact the delievering carrier. Most of our packages are devlievered by UPS who cutomer service number is 1-800-PICK-UPS (742-5877) or by FEDEX Ground which can be reached at 1.800.Go.FedEx (1.800.463.3339). If your merchandise has been damaged during transit but there was no visible damage to the outside package, contact your delivering carrier immediately as shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier and not SavingPort. In any case you must retain all of the original packing material, which includes the box the product arrived in. These carriers reserve the right inspect the packing material and will instruct you on how this will be accomplished. If this material is not available for inspection they can and will refuse the claim and will not replace the item. If you wish to replace your item please contact SavingPort at
support@savingport.com and we will do our best to supply the exact item to you at no additional cost to you if, the shipping company approves your damage claim. If they do not we will replace the item at your cost.

Legal

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, & Venue All uses of this site, and all information contained herein, including, without limitation, the Customer Agreement and Terms of Use, shall be governed by and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of North Carolina and the United States of America, including, but not limited to, all conflicts of law rules. The Parties further agree that jurisdiction and venue of any claims arising under or relating to this Agreement shall be exclusive in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. The Parties agree to submit to jurisdiction and venue in Cabarrus County, North Carolina regardless of the location from which you purchase or have merchandise shipped or from what location you access or use information or materials from this site. Accordingly, any claim or action arising under or relating to this Agreement may be brought only in Cabarrus County, North Carolina, and the Parties agree to waive jurisdiction and venue in any other forum.

Free Shipping
